ATTRIBUTE DEFINITIONS IncidentNum – Unique identifier for the incident (e.g., 140557525). ServYr – Year the service request was created (Integer). Watch – Shift or watch period during which the incident occurred (e.g., 1, 2, 3). Signal – Police radio signal code describing the type of call (e.g., "27" for Burglary). OffIncident – Offense type or incident description (Text). Premise – Description of the location type where the incident occurred (e.g., "Residence", "Parking Lot"). Block / Direction / Street – Components of the incident address. City / State / Zip – City, State, and Zip Code of the incident. RA (Reporting Area) – Police Reporting Area code (Integer). Beat – Police Beat associated with the location (Text/Integer). Date1 / Time1 – Start date and time of the incident. Date2 / Time2 – End date and time of the incident (if applicable). GeoLocation – Latitude and Longitude coordinates of the incident location (Point). MO (Modus Operandi) – Codes describing the method of operation for the crime (Text). Complainant / Victim – Demographic information about the complainant or victim (if public).

INSTANCE DEFINITIONS Instance: Each row represents a single police incident report filed via the Dallas Police Department's Records Management System (RMS). Scope: Includes offenses and non-criminal incidents reported to DPD where a report number was generated
