Final Project Memo for Unmasking Dallas's Resource Deserts. Addressed to DART Service Planning and Development. Summarizes the full project: research question, data sources, K-Means clustering (3 station archetypes) and Linear Regression (predicting the equity-weighted accessibility_score) results, and 4 recommendations for DART.
