Dallas Pavement Condition Index (PCI) shapefile
PCI layer derived from Dallas PCI 2017 report, the line segments are not exactly aligh with the actual road since it is computed using the coordinates of start and end points.
Dallas Social Vulnerability Index layer raster
A raster layer computes theSocial Vulnerability Index (SOVI)(1-4). A high index indicates more vulnerable to external changes (e.g. natural hazards ).
