The Space team has made the following datasets and collections publicly available. You must be a logged-in member of the Space to access all the datasets and collections.

Final Dataset
Included is the final shapefile used in analysis, inlcuding the csv and xlsx files it was derived from. In addition to the files included in separate dataset, we incorporated data from HUD (ethnographic and housing price index data) and enriched address and case data for evictions from the feature server.

The final shapefile includes the following attributes, across evicted instances pulled from the feature server.
Zip Code (Reference, unused)
NumIncident - Number of relevant police incidents at the specified address
Court (Reference, unused)
amount_filed - The amount the eviction case was filed for
monthly_rent - The dollar amount of the unit or properties rent
Receiving_subsidy - Boolean, if the renter is associated with a tax subsidy
non_payment_of_rent - Boolean, if the renter was evicted for reason of nonpayment
judgement_amount - the amount the final judgment was filed for, 0 if the payment was settled in court or not evicted for reason of nonpayment or not having additional financial responsibilities to the landlord
Column1 - Calculated Boolean, 0 dollar judgment, for purpose of tracking unresolved eviction cases
Evictions_per_prop - calculated number of evictions per property instance
Numevict_facility (Reference, unused)
HPI - Housing price index from FHFA / HUD data
YR1_% - Percent change in house price year to year
